Philosophy:

To offer the best possible service a small business can. To ensure that Links customers are happy with the performance of the system within the limitations wireless provides. To respond to email and phone messages as soon as practical.

Services:

Two way radio service provider on selected sites within the Channel Islands

Customer Service:

Links does not operate general doorstep selling, telesales operation nor mass mail shots either by letter post or email. Links does, for example, occasionally advise selected existing and customers of occasional offers and services.

Data Protection act - Personal information is requested from subscribers such as name, address and phone number. This data is kept in an electronic format.

Cancellation of contract hire will be as per individual contract. For example a minimum 12 month contract would require one month notice after the minimum contract period had passed, cancellation before that date would incur a charge for the balance of hire due and any fitting fees.

Complaints:

Initially direct to Links and if not resolved either by Arbitration or through Petit Debts / Royal Court procedures and or Ombudsman or Arbitrator as dictated by Guernsey Law after initial contact with the Office of Utility Regulation in Guernsey or Jersey Competition Regulatory Authority.
